What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, and Klarna for flexible payments. Klarna allows you to buy now and pay later, giving you up to 30 days to decide if you want to keep your order. All transactions are secured to ensure your information stays safe.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. You can follow the delivery progress at any time to see when it will arrive. If you encounter any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our support team.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can help you make changes or cancel it. Contact our team immediately with your order details, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Once the order is shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible, but you can process a return if needed.
Shipping questions
How long does shipping take?
Within The Netherlands: Orders placed before 9 pm on working days will arrive within 1-3 working days.
Belgium, France, Germany, and Luxembourg: Deliveries take between 5-9 working days.
Rest of Europe: Expect delivery within 7-10 working days.
International Shipping: Orders outside Europe arrive in 9-12 working days. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping for orders over €100 within The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For international orders, free shipping applies for orders over €150. Shipping costs for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most countries. During checkout, you’ll be able to see if shipping is available to your location. International customers, please note that delivery times may vary, and additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns questions
What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns can be processed for a full refund or store credit. If you need a different size, you can place a new order after returning the original item.
How do I process a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. If you opted for store credit, it will be issued immediately after processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued.
