are able and competent to give BY RISQUÉ rights as detailed in these Terms and Conditions,
and to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING

Standard delivery:

All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days. During sale
periods, this can be longer.

Netherlands:
0-€60 = €4.95 shipping cost
Free shipping on orders above €60

Belgium, Germany Luxembourg:
0-€100 = €4.95
Free shipping on orders above €110
All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days. During sale
periods, this can be longer.

Europe:
0-€150 = €12,95
Free shipping on orders above €150
All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days. During sale
periods, this can be longer. Orders within Europe will not be subjected to any additional
charges.

Rest of the world:
0-150 = 19,95
Free above €150

All orders placed on working days, will be delivered within 9 to 12 working days. During sale
periods, this can be longer. For countries outside of Europe, there may be added additional
charges by your local customs

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a track and
trace reference number. We can not be held responsible for late deliveries, because we do
not have control over this. We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.

 

DELIVERY
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Once the order is received, you can send the item(s) back by following our return policy.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the delivery costs at checkout (including costs of return)

 

DURING SALE PERIODS
Returning or exchanging sale products:
During our sale period, we have an enormous amount of traffic on our website. Refunding, returning or cancelling any order won’t be possible. Sale products can be changed within 14 days.
Sale order got cancelled:
It may happen that your order is cancelled because of out of stock products. During our sale period, we have an enormous amount of traffic on our website. That means that a product may appear on stock but is possibly purchased by another customer at the same time. Our apologies for this misunderstanding.
Restock of sale products:
We never guarantee that a product will be restocked..
Didn’t receive a confirmation email:
If you do not receive an e-mail from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the confirmation e-mail for your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@byrisque.com

Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the services. We suggest that you check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

BY RISQUÉ uses personal information like your name, address, email, phone number only for the shipping of products. Personal information transmitted to us will never be sold or shared to third parties.

ACCOUNT
If you create an account on the services it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for protecting and restricting access to such information. You understand and agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur using your account or password.

OUR ITEMS
The images of the items on the website or mobile are for illustrative purposes only. We have
made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s
display can accurately display the color of the item.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Acknowledgement of your order means that BY RISQUÉ has received your order request. It
does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.
BY RISQUÉ always tries to keep items on stock and updated. We will verify the availability
and price of an item before it is shipped. If an item’s correct price is higher than the stated
price or if the item is no longer available we may cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation via email.

The prices displayed are quoted in Euros. Prices and availability information are subject to
change without notice. Prices do not include delivery costs.
We offer the following payment options: iDeal, Paypal, Bank contact, Visa and Mastercard
Credit Card.

best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed,
altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your Credit Card information, the information is

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM(S)
BY RISQUÉ will make an effort to deliver the ordered item(s) by complete and in good
condition. We are not responsible for any missing or damaged items caused by the delivery
company. In case that the delivered item(s) are damaged or not complete, we request you
to contact us as soon as possible.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
BY RISQUÉ offers you the option to return certain items within 14 days of purchase. Certain
items are non-returnable (hats, underwear, socks, etc). All items must be unworn and
unwashed, with all original BY RISQUÉ tags still attached. Items that has been worn, used,
altered or damaged will not be accepted. BY RISQUÉ reserves the right to refuse return of
any product that does not meet to these conditions. Any costs sustained by the customer to
return a product are non-refundable. When returning products, please make sure that the
delivery is traceable because we are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the
delivery company. As soon as we received your return, it will take approximately 10 business days to process your refund.

 

MISCELLANEOUS
BY RISQUÉ reserves the right to monitor any and all use of the Services. BY RISQUÉ also reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any illegal and/ or unauthorized use of the Services and/ or materials.
These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and BY RISQUÉ with respect to the subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written, oral, or otherwise.
