If you want to return a faulty or incorrect item, please read our return policy carefully. Item(s) can be returned within 14 days by returning the item(s) by parcel. Free returns are not available on items that require a refund. We will charge 6,95 euro for the shipping costs.
Returns and payments
If you send an item back, please enclose the returns form in your returning parcel. All item(s) must be:
– unworn
– unwashed with all original BY RISQUÉ tags attached
– Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled returns will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, bodies, swimwear, facemasks and/or pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
When returning items, please make sure that the delivery is traceable because we are not responsible for any damage or losses done by the delivery company. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. It will take approximately 14 business days to process your refund.
